Cancellation policy

• For bookings requested within 31-days, the full amount is payable in advance, and is non-refundable (except in cases of Force Majeure).
• A confirmed booking requires 50% payment of the total amount must be made in advance and is non-refundable. Payment of the remaining amount is to be completed the latest 31 days prior to the requested booking date.
